Delete your MedManzil account

This page explains how to delete your MedManzil account and the data linked to it. It applies to the MedManzil app on Android (Google Play), iOS and the web.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

1. Open the MedManzil app, or go to medmanzil.com/app in any browser and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Option 2: ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, send us a request on WhatsApp (+92 332 4263429) with the email address of your account. We confirm it is your account and delete it within 7 days, then tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, name and sign-in details.
• Your study data: answers, progress, results and mocks, bookmarks, notes, highlights and lessons completed.
• Your plans, plan requests, referral code, referral rewards and wallet credit.
• Your certificates; their public verification links stop working.
• Your devices and usage events.

What is kept

• Reports you sent about a question are kept without your name, so the content fix is not lost.
• Encrypted backups are overwritten within about 30 days.
• Nothing else is kept. A paid plan is not refunded when you delete your account.
